Welcome to RenownCRM. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of RenownCRM and related CRM/HRMS software services provided by Renown Alfa Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
By registering for an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
RenownCRM provides cloud-based business software and related services that may include CRM, HRMS, employee management, attendance, leave management, payroll, reporting, and other business management features.
Customers may be required to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials confidential.
Customers are responsible for the information, records, employee data, customer data, documents, and other content entered or uploaded into the Platform.
Customers must ensure that their use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Customers must not use the Platform to engage in unlawful activities, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the operation of the Service, distribute malicious software, or misuse the accounts or data of other users.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing periods, and applicable taxes will be presented to the customer before completing a purchase.
Subscription cancellation and refund requests are subject to our Cancellation & Subscription Policy and Refund Policy.
Customers retain responsibility for the data they submit to the Platform. We process customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through the Service. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The Platform, software, design, branding, logos, features, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Renown Alfa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India, subject to applicable legal requirements.
